Benjamin Gaudreau - Won't be signed by San Jose Gaudreau will re-enter the draft in 2023 after the Sharks confirmed Wednesday he won't be signed, Sheng Peng of San Jose Hockey Now reports.
Impact Gaudreau had a 24-12-3 record with a 3.07 GAA and an .889 save percentage in 44 games with OHL Sarnia this year. He was better with a 2.52 GAA and a .902 save percentage in 16 playoff contests. The Sharks selected him in the third round in 2021, but other teams will now have a chance on the 20-year-old goalie this summer.

Markus Nutivaara - Missed season with hip injury Nutivaara didn't play at all in 2022-23 because of a hip injury, Corey Masisak of The Athletic reports.
Impact Nutivaara was on injured reserve for nearly the entirety of what could be his only season with the Sharks. He is a pending unrestricted free agent and his career could be in jeopardy. Nutivaara only appeared in one game with Florida during the 2021-22 season because of a hip issue.

Oskar Lindblom - Recovering from concussion Lindblom sat out the final seven games of the season due to a concussion, Sheng Peng of San Jose Hockey Now reports.
Impact Lindblom said Saturday that he doesn't expect it to be a long-term problem. It sounds like he should be available for training camp in the fall. The 26-year-old forward accounted for 15 points, 75 shots on goal and 64 hits in 73 games during his first campaign as a member of the Sharks.
